Who are we?

RPH Advocaten is a law practice and in particular a franchise organization of independent lawyers. The lawyers in our firm run their own sole proprietorship. This means that each lawyer works on their own account and at their own risk. We are able to handle most legal matters for you and have a large network. Each lawyer has one or more areas of specialization, including family law, liability law, sales law, personal injury law (both civil and criminal), traffic law, inheritance law, law of obligations, equine law, criminal law and juvenile law.

Our aim is to provide the best possible legal assistance to private individuals and companies, with personal contact and clarity being paramount. We speak German and English, with some lawyers even being bilingual (Dutch and German), and focus on your interests in every respect. We advise, mediate and – if no other way is possible – take legal action to achieve the best result for you. In doing so, we naturally also give you an insight into the cost-benefit analysis of your case.
